 tuary.\nCoffee\, hot tea and snacks will be provided.\n&nbsp\;\n\nMembers 
 will vote on the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget and will elect Board and Nomin
 ating Committee members.\n\nIf you cannot attend\, please assign a proxy 
 who you authorize to vote for you (each member can represent only one abse
 nt member). Our bylaws require a quorum of 49 members (30% of our membersh
 ip) including in-person\, zoom and proxy votes.\n\nChildcare will be provi
 ded.
