hat could change your life. How connected are you to your body? Do you not
ice your body when you are deep in thought\, grocery shopping\, walking do
wn the street? Do you listen to the physical cues that can guide you to co
nnection and soul understanding?\nLet us explore and delight in the connec
tion our bodies offer\, while building a foundation of gratitude for the s
imple ability to move. The first step toward liberation begins with a brav
e step toward personal movement. Let's create a space for this step by bei
ng vulnerable\, willing\, and present in our beautiful bodies.\n\n\n 8:30

\n\nBefore we are born\, our hearts beat and our bodies move. We don’t t
hink or talk\, yet we fully communicate our needs and wants. Movement is a
sacred form of communication that transcends words\, bypassing the mind t
o break free from mental constraints and social pressures. The beauty is
… we already dance\, we already move\, and we already possess the abilit
y to utilize our sacred vessel—if we allow ourselves to do so.\nJoin us
on a journey where we explore everyday yet powerful movements that are int
rinsically woven into our daily lives and connect us to the revolutionary
realization that our minds can only take us so far without our body's alli
ance. We will delight in the simplicity of walking\, laugh at the joy of m
oving our arms\, and create space for the discovery of soul connection by
immersing our thoughts into our bodies and embracing the precious third el
 ement of being.\n\n\n 12:30 - 1:15 pm Bring your own picnic lunch\n 1:30
–3 pm “Unworkshops”- Consider offering an activity or skill.\n 3:1
 5–5 pm Free Time\n 5-6 pm Social Hour - Lemonade\, iced tea\, or bring
your own beverage. Consider bringing an appetizer to share.\n 6-7 pm Potl
 uck Dinner* - Please bring an entrée\, side dish\, or dessert.\n 7:30-10

t us singing and dancing!\n\n\nSunday\, July 14\n\n 8:30-9:30 am Continen
tal breakfast provided\n 10:30 am: Morning worship - Rev Barbara Coeyman-
"God is on the Dance Floor"\n\nIn the reading for this service\, a poem b
y Chelan Harkin\, we hear these words: “The worst thing we ever did / wa
s take the dance and the song / out of prayer / made it sit up straight /
and cross its legs.” Let’s close out our Pinesong weekend retreat with
embodied experiences of the sacred on the dance floor\, as we continue to
forge connections with one another\, not only with those present at Pines
ong but also in the wider community of UUFD. Let’s feel sacred and holy
