Update and next survey

In partnership with the BETF our architect, Elizabeth Boone, refined and upgraded her architectural drawings to reflect as many of the suggestions and desires as have been offered to date as possible. There are changes to the floor plan in the Small Plus design that was presented in December, including potential changes to Columbine. You will also see the first draft elevation study – how the buildings might look above ground.

If you have received but not completed the survey sent through a Constant Contact email please do so by the deadline of the end of the day January 28 using the links in that email. If you have already completed the survey, or did not receive it, you can use these links two links for reference. The overview video Elizabeth has prepared can be viewed here. The slides presented in Elizabeth’s video can be viewed here:

The Board has scheduled a Town Hall immediately after service Sunday, January 25 at which Elizabeth will again be available live and on Zoom for further dialog, questions and clarifications. Going forward, the BETF and Elizabeth will review and filter these survey and Town Hall results.  Elizabeth will prepare a final conceptual plan, which we expect to be available for your review on or about February 11. On February 15, at a Congregational Meeting, we will have three votes – to approve the final conceptual design, to move forward on pre-construction documents, and to initiate capital campaign.
