Our Architect, Elizabeth Boone presented the results of Survey #3. This includes an updated version of the conceptual design which features enhanced interiors and outlines the next steps in the process of building. The results of the congregational survey were overall very positive. Forty-three people filled out the survey regarding the small plus design and responded to questions on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the most positive. Responses to questions around parking, arrival into the new building, flow within the new building, meeting needs of community and connectivity, reflection of UUFD’s value of environmental sensitivity and sustainability, and comfort with overall scale and size of the building ranged between 4.1 and 4.3.You can view all her slides here.

The Building Engagement Task Force distributed a handout that summarizes the key goals that we are hoping to accomplish with a campus expansion. You can access that document here. We are looking forward to Celebration Sunday next week, when we will learn of the progress of our Capital Campaign.
