Gentle Flow Yoga
A Zoom Yoga class from the comfort of your home. Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m.
A multi-level 75 minute Hatha yoga class designed for beginners to the more advanced students. A long warm up, followed by sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, and a cool down incorporating savasana. Classes are donation-based.
