There’s a new art exhibit in Bowman Hall; 26 animal pastel paintings by Dinah Swan.

This is Dinah’s first one person show but her facility with the medium and her ability to capture each animal’s personality is astonishing!  The show will be up throughout the summer months AND she loves doing pet portraits!

“As an artist, I paint many subjects but animals give me joy.  I smile most of the time I’m painting any animal. For most of my life I didn’t know I could draw and paint; what luck to have discovered an ability that has grown into a passion. The animal element makes the work all the more rewarding and delightful.”
