“Pie Drive” Nov. 5 and 12

Our Basic Needs Team will be holding a “pie drive” on Nov. 5th and Nov. 12th for the Durango Food Bank. Please bring the following items to drop off before the service: pumpkin, pumpkin pie filling, pumpkin pie spices, evaporated milk, pie crusts (frozen, refrigerated, boxed or bagged). Thank you!

Multi-gen service Oct. 29 includes costume parade!

On Oct. 29, Faith Formation’s kids will lead the service and celebrate the many traditions of Samhain and The Day of the Dead. Our UUFD kids will be in costume for this service. All are encouraged express their inner child and wear their own costumes. The service will be followed by a party!

October Circle Supper RSVPs due Oct. 15

Our next Circle Supper is coming up on Saturday, October 21st! Circle Suppers are monthly dinners shared by UUFD members and friends in members’ homes. There are typically 6-10 people at each home. Ronald Garst Memorial (1941-2023)

A Celebration of Life service will be held for Ron Garst at UUFD on Saturday, Oct. 14, at 4:00 p.m. followed by a reception/party in Bowman Hall.
