As an Interfaith Partner of Thrive!, UUFD joins Christ the King and Durango Friends in supporting the vision of La Plata County being a place where all workers are paid a living wage, enabling individuals, families, and the community to thrive.

Eighty-eight employers have joined the Thrive! Employer Recognition Program (TERP) and Thrive! has set a goal of recognizing an additional 50 employers in 2017.
